season 2017

In 2017, he raced in both the Italian and French F4 championships, tackling every race with strength, determination, and grit.

season 2018

The 2018 season marked Aldo’s debut in the Euroformula Open Championship, driving the powerful Dallara Formula 3 cars with RP Motorsport before switching to Teo Martín Motorsport.

This series takes place on European Formula 1 circuits, including Monza, Hockenheim, Silverstone, Barcelona, and Spa-Francorchamps.
The highlight of the season came at Paul Ricard in France, where Aldo secured an impressive fifth-place overall finish and two podiums in the Rookie class.

These results were just two of the many podiums he achieved, earning him significant international visibility and securing third place overall in the Rookie category of this highly competitive single-seater development series.

season 2019

His strong performances in 2018 led to Aldo being signed by Teo Martín Motorsport for the 2019 season, during which he continued to gain and expand his international racing experience.
That same year, he made the transition to GT racing, competing in the Porsche Carrera Cup Italia.

season 2020

His participation in the prestigious German one-make series continued into 2020, alongside his campaign in the GT Cup Open Europe Championship.

Competing in both championships with Stuttgart’s machinery, the Festante-Porsche pairing emerged as one of Italy’s most promising prospects on the international stage.

Several victories and numerous podium finishes led Aldo to clinch the GT Cup Open Europe Championship title and secure fourth place overall in the Carrera Cup Italia, where he also earned recognition as the best Under-23 driver.

season 2021

The year 2021 was a transitional period for the fast Neapolitan driver, heavily impacted by the pandemic, which hindered his ability to achieve the expected results. Like many elite athletes on the international stage, Festante contracted Covid just a few weeks before the start of the championship. Unfortunately, he suffered a severe case, which significantly compromised his ability to perform at his usual high standards. The season effectively turned into a period of active recovery, offering few satisfactions with Team Ombra, except for an impressive series of fastest laps during races.

season 2022

It was precisely Aldo’s outstanding pace that caught the attention of Raptor Engineering, an emerging Modena-based team, which secured his services to launch their challenge for the 2022 Porsche Carrera Cup Italia championship. The team’s decision was strategic, as it coincided with the debut of Porsche’s new model, an even safer, more advanced, and higher-performing version than its predecessor. The car featured a 4.0-liter flat-six engine, with power output increasing from 485 to 510 horsepower. The six-speed sequential gearbox allowed for faster shifts, while overall technology had been pushed to even higher levels. Additionally, the braking system no longer included ABS, making the car even more demanding to drive—requiring experienced drivers to achieve results.
Behind the wheel of the new Porsche 911 GT3 Cup, Aldo led Raptor Engineering to its first-ever top-5 overall finish at Misano and secured the highest number of Q2 qualifications in the team’s history.

season 2023

The year 2023 brought two major developments for Aldo. He was signed by Dinamic Motorsport, a historic and multiple-title-winning team in the Porsche Carrera Cup Italia, as well as a reference team for the Stuttgart manufacturer in international GT3 competitions.
The goals—ambitious ones—were clear: to improve on his 2020 fourth-place overall finish while making his debut in international GT3 racing.
The season saw Festante make his first appearance in the prestigious Mobil 1 Porsche Supercup at the Red Bull Ring in Austria, in support of the Formula 1 Grand Prix, followed shortly after by his debut in the highly competitive Porsche Carrera Cup Germany at the iconic Hockenheim circuit.

season 2024

The 2024 season shaped up to be the most complete and significant of Festante’s career. He was once again signed by Dinamic Motorsport to compete in the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup, reaffirming his strong partnership with the Italian team. His campaign in the Porsche Carrera Cup Italia concluded with a top-10 finish, thanks to standout performances on the circuits of Misano, Imola, and Mugello. The exceptionally high level of competition in the series allowed Festante to go head-to-head with some of the best European specialists in the category.
The season also marked his first full-time commitment to the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup, where he distinguished himself among the rookies with notable results. Competing in both the Italian and European championships enabled Festante to gain deeper knowledge of the car, refine setups, and elevate his performance level.
